This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). If you visit from the European Union, your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also apply.

What personal data do we process?
- When you visit the site: IP address, browser and device information, date and time of the visit and the pages viewed. These are kept in our hosting server logs for security purposes.
- When you contact us: your name, phone number, e-mail address, company name and the content of your message. The contact form on this site stores nothing on our server; your message reaches us through your own WhatsApp or e-mail app.
- When you use the live chat: the content of the conversation, the contact details you share and your connection data.
- For our clients: identity, contact, billing and payment details under the service contract; registrant (WHOIS) details required for domain registration; and project content.
- We do not ask you for special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometric data, etc.).
Why do we process it?
- To answer your quote requests and questions,
- To conclude and perform contracts for web design, software, hosting, domain and support services,
- To meet our invoicing, accounting and other legal obligations,
- To keep the site and our servers secure and prevent abuse and attacks,
- To improve the quality of our services.
Legal bases
We process personal data on the grounds set out in Article 5 KVKK (and Article 6 GDPR where applicable): performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into one, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests provided they do not override your fundamental rights (for example site security), and your consent where it is required.
Cookies and third-party services
The site does not set any advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Some features rely on third-party services that may use their own cookies or browser storage:
- Live chat (tawk.to): the chat window in the bottom right corner is provided by tawk.to. It uses cookies and browser storage to keep the conversation going; messages are stored on tawk.to's servers.
- Google Fonts: the site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google.
- WhatsApp, e-mail and phone: clicking these links opens the respective app, and the information you send is processed under that service's own terms (e.g. Meta for WhatsApp).
- Social media links: links to our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Behance pages only take you there when you click them; no tracking code from these platforms is embedded on our site.
We currently do not use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel or any similar visitor statistics or ad-tracking tools on this site. If we start using them, we will update this section.
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings; some features such as the live chat may then not work.
Who receives the data?
Personal data is shared only for the purposes above and only as far as necessary with: suppliers providing hosting, e-mail and software services to us; registrars and registry operators for domain registration (TRABİS for .tr domains); payment institutions and banks; and competent public authorities where required by law.
Services such as tawk.to, Google and Meta may operate servers outside Türkiye and the EU. When you use them, the related transfer of data abroad takes place in line with Article 9 KVKK and, where applicable, Chapter V GDPR.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods prescribed by law. For example, invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years under Turkish tax and commercial law. After that, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Security
The whole site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to personal data is limited to authorised staff. Even our own phone number and e-mail address are obfuscated on the site so that automated harvesters cannot read them.
Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK you may contact us to:
- Find out whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- Have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected,
- Have it erased or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK,
- Have corrections and erasures notified to third parties who received the data,
- Object to an outcome against you resulting exclusively from automated analysis,
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
If the GDPR applies to you, you additionally have the rights to restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
How to make a request
Send your request in writing to our address above or by e-mail, stating your name, contact details and what you are asking for. We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the request involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority may apply. You may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, if you live in the EU, with the data protection authority of your country.
Other matters
- Our services are not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
- References and external links on our site lead to other websites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
- We may update this policy when needed; the current version is always published on this page with its last updated date.
